Elite Abseiling is a new, growing company based in London, delivering Height Safety, Confined Space and Rope Access Services throughout the UK, providing innovative solutions for maintaining our built environment and infrastructure.

About Elite Abseiling

All our technicians are fully qualified and operate within the guidelines of the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA), the international standard for rope access, with experience in rescue and work in safe and clean conditions.

Our operatives also hold other qualifications including PTS, CSCS, chainsaws and confined spaces. All our equipment is certified and is inspected regularly, in line with UK law.

Our company is dedicated to implementing and maintaining a management system that will improve safety, productivity and efficiency, and ensure that all services provided meet with the requirements of our customers.

Rope access cleaning & maintenance

Our team is equipped to handle a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, especially in hard-to-reach areas. From window cleaning to structural repairs, we ensure that your facility is well-maintained.

• Complete window cleaning services – We recommend a building gets it’s windows cleaned every 4 to 6 months in order to maintain a fresh look. We also undertake contracts for an intense clean after construction or refurbishment.

• Pressure washing uses a pressurized jet of water to blast away dirt and grease from a surface. Pressure washing has its limitations and in these situations we would recommend a soft wash. A soft wash is a low pressure, chemical spray that is designed to kill algae, mildew and fungi. We have a variety of chemicals that we use depending on the severity of the staining.

• Fabric canopies are a great way of letting light into an area but, like glass, need regular cleaning.

• Leak Detection and Fixing – Leaks can cause extensive and expensive damage. We use a variety of methods to fix leaks depending on the root cause.

• Sash Window Repair and Replacement – From replacing a broken pane to repairing an old frame, there is no window we can’t fix.

• Ducting – replacing damaged sections, fitting access hatches and internal cleaning.

• Gutter and Downpipe Maintenance – Gutters and downpipes get clogged with debris, especially leaves during autumn. We will remove the debris from the gutters so you don’t get any nasty blockages or overspills. If they do get blocked, we will remove the blockage. We will also replace gutter and down-pipes where necessary.
